Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with NightFuel. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund. Because NightFuel is a consumable product, we handle opened boxes a little differently: if you've tried it and it's not for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right under our satisfaction guarantee.

To start a return, email us at hello@drinknightfuel.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include your order number or proof of purchase, the product you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.

Only items confirmed in your original return request will be refunded. Extra products included in the package that weren't part of the approved request, especially items from an order outside the return window, will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive an item sent without tracking. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened product except under our satisfaction guarantee described above. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific order, get in touch and we'll help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for your original order, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return (or processed your satisfaction-guarantee request), we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, contact us at hello@drinknightfuel.com.
